01 / Agreement

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and StreamFX, the operator of IP Finder. They apply to the IP Finder Android application, website, APIs, and related diagnostic services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have that permission. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.

02 / Service

What IP Finder provides

IP Finder is a network-information and diagnostic utility. Its features may show public-IP information, approximate IP-based location, DNS information, connectivity measurements, and details about networks you choose to inspect.

Results are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or approximate. IP Finder is not a VPN, security guarantee, emergency service, or substitute for professional network or security advice.

03 / Use

Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and for networks, devices, or targets you are authorized to test.

You must not:

  • use the Services to attack, disrupt, probe without authorization, or violate another person's rights;
  • circumvent security, access controls, usage limits, or protections applied to the Services;
  • interfere with the Services or use excessive automation that harms availability for others; or
  • misrepresent results or use the Services in violation of applicable law.

We may limit or block abusive traffic where reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users.

04 / Providers

Third-party services

IP Finder depends on third-party platforms and data sources. Their own terms and policies apply when you use their services, and they control the availability and operation of those services. Please review the relevant documents:

References to third-party products do not imply endorsement. To the extent permitted by law, StreamFX is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

05 / Commerce

Advertising and purchases

The free version may display advertising where enabled. Advertisements and any destination they link to are provided by third parties and are not recommendations by StreamFX.

Optional digital benefits may be offered through Google Play. The benefit, eligibility, and price shown in the App or Google Play at the time of purchase form part of the offer. Google Play processes payment and applies its purchase, cancellation, and refund rules. IP Finder does not receive your full payment-card details.

A product described at purchase as a one-time purchase does not automatically renew. Access depends on Google Play confirming a valid entitlement and may change after a refund, revocation, account change, or other action governed by Google Play. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

06 / Ownership

Licence and intellectual property

StreamFX and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including their software, design, branding, and original content. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.

Third-party software, trademarks, map data, and other materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners.

07 / Limits

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, technical, provider, legal, or product reasons. We will provide notice where applicable law requires it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that every result will be accurate or that the Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for how you use diagnostic results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamFX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. This section does not exclude any guarantee, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

08 / Privacy

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how data is processed when you use IP Finder. Agreeing to these Terms is not itself consent to data processing that requires a separate consent choice.

09 / Contact

Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these Terms when the Services, providers, or law changes. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the date shown above, with additional notice where appropriate. If you continue using the Services after an update takes effect, the updated Terms apply to that continued use to the extent permitted by law.
